"Rubbish pillows, gave my hair a bad smell, one pillowcase yellow dirt, cheap quality beddings, entire room, even clean, had a persistent cigarette smoke smell. even with opened window I've barely been able to breathe. The quality of room not reflected in the price. Waking up early in the morning I could't wait to leave. I would;ve said a fair price woud be no more than £10."

They told us that we had to inform them 12h in advance if we wanted to use the jacuzi. This is ridiculous as no information about that was presented in advance to us.
