"Generally, good. The staff were friendly and helpful and let me check in early. I was also impressed that there was an air raid plan - most hotels here don't bother. The main drawbacks were the lack of power outlets in the room (shocking, in a modern hotel, that there was nowhere for me to plug in my laptop) and the lack of climate control (window sealed, AC/heat did not respond any change in settings)."

"This is a clean hotel with large rooms. The breakfast was simple but tasty. The biggest challenge staying here is there are two windows up high in certain rooms and there is no way to darken the room. The roll down screens for the windows are see-through so it does not block the light at all. If I stayed here again, I would certainly make sure I did not get one of these type of rooms as they have other types. I would give 7 or 8 out of 10 for this reason. "

"This place is incredible. The room was huge, the view was amazing and the location is in the most exciting part of the city. The lady who checked me in was so sweet and very helpful. When i checked out thete was another girl working who was also very nice. They also spoke perfect English which was comforting to me. I highly recommend this Hotel and i highly recommend visiting the beautiful city of Lviv. "
