"takes sometime to check in but we are the only guest at the check in counter. they gave us the wrong room no as per booking and they need to rearrange again. check in process consider very slow unable to multi task. the floor is oil for no reason at the lobby and also in the room. but they have a water dispenser for refill which a bonus. "

"the facility is excellent, had stayed there before and really liked it, but this time the staff was often gone. only a maid there to check us in, so she had to keep calling the manager. we arrived hot and tired but there was a power outage and no generator, so quite miserable.
