"From the beginning all the people at the front desk were very nice and helpful. We show up early to leave our luggage but they cleaned our room right away and let us check-in. "Loved the apartment, it was clean, smelt fresh, great bed & bedding. Fantastic staff who were available 24hrs if needed. My only recommendation, is remember your USB socket, I forgot mine! There were no usb plugs in the apartment, I stayed in and not available when I asked. That was on me for forgetting, although feel its worth a mention. Like most hotels here, there are no elevators and the stairs can be bit much, though, in summer months if you re staying on the 3rd floor. There are approximately 50 steps from the road to the reception. Not a problem for us but might be for some older persons. Staff are on hand to help with luggage on arrival and departure. The description of some of the facilities/amenities needs updating on the Expedia site. Would definitely stay again. "
