"The hotel is dated and it could benefit from various updates. The carpets on the staircase are very dirty and the hotel does not have a hoover (I asked for one). The staff is nice but when you ask them for help they do not go above and beyond (on the day of the check out I asked for help ordering a taxi to which I was told it was a GP that day and it will be very difficult to get one [despite mentioning it to the hotel staff the day before] and the staff member phoned the taxi company after...

"The hotel receptionist was lovely and very helpful, we parked in the hotel parking which was very easy. The hotel rooms themselves could use a little updating but as we were only there for one night it didn’t matter too much. They also wouldn’t recommend us anywhere to eat as they have a restaurant.
