The hotel is a bit dated and needs to be kept up not only with the maintenance of the hotel but with the outside garden."

At check-in, we were bombarded with cigarette smoke. The very old lady wasn't pleasant & spoke only Italian. Our room was the first from the lobby. "Not expensive, you have all you need for a short stay, maybe because of shopping in outlet. Unfortunatelly there is no elevator or baby chairs. We saw only one staff person who does it all, the reception, the breakfast, the caffe...but is very polite. Hotel is in the centar of Noventa di piave which is nice too"
