"This is hands down my favorite hotel in the area. I travel to this area frequently, and am always thrilled when I can manage to stay here. Every stay is exceptional, there are extra touches in the room, it’s always immaculate, the beds are super comfy (and I’m really picky). This was the best stay yet due to the amazing, kind, friendly and accommodating front desk staff, particularly Karen, who is just the loveliest person. Thank you Karen for such a lovely stay, I’ll be seeing you again soon! "

"We never got to stay at the property because Expedia never posted the booking and it is impossible to contact Expedia to resolve any type of issue. I wouldn't recommend that anyone use that site to book a reservation. We were traveling and was 3 hours from home and was turned away from the resort because Expedia had not given the information to the resort. We had to find last minute accommodation and are still trying tl get our money back. "

"Quite a few of the family members were in their 70s and 80s. No way the cottages could sleep 6. One family member was 5 years old and is autistic. He was able to go down the water slide Twice and then was told he could not go on the water side again. The people 'in charge' did not understand what autism is. "

"Went to check-in. Didn't have my reservations. Waited 50 minutes before the error was rectified. Turned out main office at Kings Plantation never sent my reservation to the resort. The resort had to message someone due to the fact the main office only is open until 5:00. I had reserved a cottage. This was not a cottage it was more like a duplex. We could here the people next door. The stayed up late and got up early. So we had prolems sleeping. Pool was nice."
