"Expedia asked us to call the hotel to book the pet friendly room which is a double room after booking through Expedia. The hotel will add the fee for each dog. You will pay your booking invoice directly to the hotel when leaving. The dog room was right by the hallway so we could take them outdoors without a long walk within hotel or bother others which was wonderful. Beds were comfortable and clean. "Jane [host] was very friendly and helpful. We arrived in the middle of a severe weather alert [rain and high winds], and just felt very comfortable. Room was excellent - fun to watch the wind , rain and waves outside our window.. Breakfast was great and the the company - another couple from Scotland] were most interesting. Before we left Jane gave us some tips on places to stop along the Cabot Trail."
