"They charged me twice for the room and still have not refunded me. They promised we would receive a refund and now we are back almost a week and still no refund. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company. This is not the right way to do business. A/C didn't work properly, soap from previous guest in the soap dish in our bathroom."

The staff were lovely and very helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast, coffee, juice, breads and pastries it set us up well for the day ahead. We would highly recommend this hotel for exploring La Maddalena!"
