"A estadia foi muito boa, a estrutura, café da manhã foram sensacionais. Quero registrar aqui o atendimento do Matheus que foi um cara muito solícito e sempre muito disposto a ajudar. Obs: acho que poderiam ser mais maleáveis com relação ao horário de check in (caso chegue após 19h, se não me engano, vc tem que pagar uma taxa). The faucets come off in your hand, the doors don't close, and the shower is terrible. The staff have no training to deal with guests. The highlight was a good breakfast."

"Amazing breakfast, wonderful staff with great activities for kids. This is a high end resort in the middle of a historical city. It went above and beyond my expectations! "The information for this property is misleading, the info says it is located in the center, and the hotel is a fake replica of the buildings in the historic district of São Joao del Reí, so that it appears as if the property is located right on the historic district which it is not, it is located by a high speed road and a 20min walk from the town center. We had cars cruising by at high speed and loud noises all night. Breakfast buffet was good, probably the only good thing about the property."
