"This is beautiful property. I would strongly endorse it. My only concern is the number of unexpected surcharges that showed up upon check out. They are not unreasonable but they were unexpected. The hotel should do a better job of informing guest about surcharges before the guest accepts the service. Ie. surcharge for towels at the pool."

"property is very close to train station- Napoli Centrale. We came from Rome by fast train which only took an hour and few minutes. Has restaurants and cafe right outside the hotel. Has an elevator. Has a small relaxation space within the hotel premises- includes books, tables, coffee and magazines. Staff sends a video the day before check in to show how to access the property afterhours as they close the main gate. Staff was very helpful.
