"El personal muy amable tanto en el área de recepción, maleteros, meseros y seguridad. El único inconveniente el aire acondicionado del lado de la sala de nuestra habitación no servía. Esos detalles hay q mejorarlos, como comentario constructivo la luminaria de la playa Artisan fundida creo q deberían de arreglarla junto con focos decorativos de los tipis y en ciertas zonas pintura."

"It was nice. The bed was uncomfortable and i asked them to replace a light bulb but they did not. The sheets and towels had stains on them. The staff was friendly and the grounds are beautiful. Room service wasn't good. "

"Por la ubicación está muy bonito el lugar, en cuanto a las habitaciones si les falta un poco de atención pero se ve que están mejorando continuamente, realmente espero que en algún momento instalen climas ya que la humedad sofoca los cuartos y si no estás acostumbrado estarás incómodo. Igualmente si vuelvo como para pasar un rato de tranquilidad ya que se presta para relajarte y descansar "

"Las camas realmente no son nada comodas, las instalaciones en la actualidad ya son diferentes. La alberca súper bien. Un lugar muy tranquilo y seguro, el personal muy amable. "

"At our arrival they intent to charge us more for taxes(16%), had to open my reservation to show them, don't have a restaurant and the nearest is 1/2Km. walking only, the room was infested with bugs even a snake after we had two nights, we were bitten by bugs every were, they never change the sheets during our 4 nights stay, intent to cancel and didn't want to give us credit. Very bad experience would give them -0."

"La hospitalidad de Lorena desde la reservación fue increíble, el terreno y alrededores del hotel son bastante disfrutables si lo que buscas es tranquilidad y naturaleza, la habitación que tuvimos es bastante amplia y cómoda, sólo tuvimos un tema con la luz que nos resolvieron con una lámpara, nada de gravedad. Tienen opciones de tours, sin duda volvería por más días para por disfrutar al 100 de la propiedad."
