"Room was clean but very basic, no fridge, no kettle….. these 2 items are very essential for people who loves cold or hot drink without the need of getting out of the room. No hot water twice…. First episode was reported and fixed but did not last longer and no hot water again!!! The bed is very comfortable, but the top sheet or kumot is so thin, not a good one for someone who love to sleep in a cold room. 5 star for the hotel staffs"

"Nice place, nice area. Was quiet at night, some reviews say it is too noisy. The only glaring fault is lack of wifi. There are 4 possible connections on two pieces of paper, which is purely theoretical. None of them work. "We were booked in penthouse floor and the hotel is constructing another floor above, with no mention of it on the booking website Nor at check-in. Very dishonest practice! It was absolutely terrible with all the construction noises and dust! The whole Sabang area seemed somewhat seedy with small alleys and access to hotel is via some back alley and many steps. Not advisable for family stay!"
