"When we arrived to the hotel we got a room that was dirty and crawling with ants, we tried to cancel our stay for the week due to unsanitary reasons and wanted to find alternative accomodation for the rest of our stay in Crete. The hotel staff was not willing to give us any refund but wanted to change us to a room they called an upgrade due to better view from the balcony. "Great location. Close to the sand beach, bus stop, restaurants, shops. Frendly and amazing staff - speak Greece, English and Russian. Room was clean, good pool. Wifi does work in our rooms. We don't like breakfast at all. Amazing hotel for this price."
