I had made reservations for two rooms for my son's on-site wedding, had a confirmation number, confirmation email, but when we arrived, the resort was surprised to see us, that's for sure. "It was wonderful to stay at Muong Thanh hotel during the trip with my mom. Staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. I accidentally booked a wrong type of room. When I requested for a room upgrade , it was done quickly without charge which made a difference. I really appreciated it. We had a very good time. Highly recommended ❤️"

"When I booked online I had no idea that they have a karaoke bar there so all night long there’s loud thumping music and you cannot sleep very loud also they have massage shop there where they do happy endings and the place is very very dirty the room is dirty the floor was dirty was not a nice stay at all.."

We also had maggots in our bathroom. Then at breakfast after receiving our omelette a maggot suddenly was on the table, assumably off a plate as the table was empty of anything prior. We also ate at the hotel. It was ok but...
