"Everything was clean, the property is new, and the breakfast is great. I left two items at the rental property, but they only discovered one of them, and it just so happened to be a pair of expensive yoga pants. When I went to get my first item, they made me wait for approximately 20 minutes. But overall the hotel is great but bad part of town. "

"Very run down. First look up on the drive up. Broken skylight panels, fountain not working, pavers uneven. Pool was supposed to be the best part but was closed for maintenance the whole trip. Noisy maintenance work inside and out. Showers full of mold and missing grout. Very dated fixtures. Splintered wooden cabinetry. Poorly repaired walls. blackout curtains had holes. "The first room I was assigned had a very awkward bathroom design/space. The frigobar was rusty and the rooms only have one small trashcan in the bathroom. If you don't leave your key with the front desk, your room does not get maid service. The wifi was reliable. The breakfast was awkwardly set up. I only ate there 2 of the days during my stay because I didn't care for the menu. The restaurant is on the top floor and the pool is on the ground floor next to the parking. It seems opposite to me....
