"My room was cold and austere. I read some reviews that complained about this. Of course, that is the historic setting for this hotel. It was a Catholic seminary and boarding school. So cold and austere is what it was supposed to be. If you were looking for room service and a full spa, this will not be the place for you. With that said, the bed was comfortable. My room was clean. We came to leave to get parking validated and they said they didn't do that, we have to pay. The fact I had an email from them saying otherwise didn't seem to matter and they showed no concern this email gets sent as standard and had no interest when I suggested changing it.
