"aucch wenn die Coronapandemie Einschränkungen mit sich bringt, ist es nicht besonders kundenfreundlich, wenn die Rezeption nur sporadisch besetzt ist und nirgendwo eine Möglichkeit besteht das Personal zu erreichen. Zudem ist es fast schon frech, wenn man freien Parkplatz anbietet, aber weder eine Einweisung noch genügend Plätze vorhanden ist. Nur einen Schlüssel in die Hand gedrückt zu bekommen ist kein Service"

"An der Tür des ,,Hotels" hängt ein Schild "Schöne Gasthöfe Hessens". Gasthof passt, aber kein 3 Sterne 🌟 Hotel. Fangen wir bei dem Check In an: Freundliche Begrüßung geht anders. Keine Einweisung ins Hotel, nichts. ,,Dann mit dem Gepäck an der Küche vorbei, über die Treppe in den 2ten Stock, da wir sonst durch das ganze Hotel müssten", so der Chef.
