"The breakfast selection was too limited and not replenished promptly. There was no air conditioning in the room, so it was uncomfortably hot on warm days. Dust had accumulated in various corners of the room, suggesting it hadn’t been cleaned properly. There were no slippers provided in the room. On the last evening of our stay, we received a note asking us to return the sauna towels and bathrobes from the room, even though the sauna was supposed to be open until 8 PM.
