"This property ruined my 15th wedding anniversary trip! We were notified less than a week before our trip that the hotel was under repair, specifically the lobby. There was constant noise from the construction during the trip. This is completely unacceptable!!!"

"Great place in the perfect River Run location. Highly recommend if you are looking for a convenient, fun, and private place to stay in the heart of Keystone. Room to spread out, a good kitchen set up, and close to everything. We have stayed here twice in July and can get pretty warm in the summer months. There is no AC and it would be great if there was a fan in the room. We ran to Lowes in Silverthorn to pick one up and were good to go once we got the air moving. "

"Myself and my 3 teens shared this little place. Nice decor and everything you need to eat in and plush towels. We did have to wash them to have enough for 4 nights. We were within walking distance of River Run village and the gondola. The only issue we had was WiFi didn’t work for a few days. The only thing lacking is a hot tub !"

"Room very clean, very roomy, good heating, smart TV, large screen, real coffee pot, heated garage, ski in/out, Only thing holding back a 5 rating was ice maker in refer either not working or disconnected and no ice in common area. Had to buy a bag of ice. And not enough lighting in bedroom. "
