"This property is quite old. Air con worked well. Bed was comfortable enough. Unfortunately the swimming pool was dirty, no where to put rubbish. No sink plug in bathroom. Shower was cold, no hot water."

"My family stayed here for one night and we had a wonderful experience. The hotel and rooms are freshly refurbished, the air conditioning, wifi, and elevator worked well. There is still a minor aroma of paint smell on the first floor, hence we suggest booking a room on the second floor. Overall, it was a great experience."

"Very nice hotel in the centre of the town, with handy parking underneath and lots of restaurants nearby. The girls on the desk/bar were all very helpful and friendly. My room was decent and clean with a nice shower, just a little bit small and basic but perfect for my stay."

"Every thing fine and the personnel exceptional"

"Helpful staff, pool was brilliant, restaurant good quality too."

"Just don’t stay here, there’s WAY better options"

"Lovely accommodation in a gorgeous location "

"Tout fut parfait ! Merci à toute l’équipe !!"

"I had a wonderful stay. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. They arranged for me to have a cab back to Nimes. The breakfast was lovely! The bread was even warm. Bed was comfortable and the property was really pretty. The couple that appears to run the hotel were really wonderful. Highly recommend!"

"Everything was perfect .nice accomodations with a pool nearby"

"Nice pools, nice to play tennis"

"Ideal for exploring the sites of the Ardèche, short walk to the Market town of Vallon Pont D’Arc and the park and ride to take you to Pont D’Arc as well as some great kayaking and hiking spots. The property has plenty of parking and 2 pools."

"Mooi zwembad. Mooie huisjes. Dicht bij centrum Salavas en niet van Vallon Pont d'Arc ."

"Sejour familial. Lemplacement est tres bien pour explorer la région. L'établissement est tres vieillot et il ny a pas d'amélioration depuis plusieurs annees. Pas de jeux pour enfants, esuipements vetuste mis a part la piscine. Un bon coup de jeune est necessaire, pas au niveau du standard vvf."

"Amazing hotel for a couple. Staff were friendly & drinks were great. The area was good for a 3 night stay max or be prepared to eat at the same places. Nice having sun beds on the sea with bar service without the kids. Pools were great"

"It was a beautiful Chateaux and a very relaxing stay with great food."

"Un couple de propriétaires adorable au sein d'un hôtel confortable et d'un succulent restaurant ! Le tout avec un superbe panorama... Merci pour tout et à très vite !"

"Lovely place to sit by the pool and do nothing. "

"Friendly and speedy check-in; however, during the stay the waiting time was sometimes a little too long (lack of personnel)"
