"While this property isn’t in the most beautiful of areas, seems a little industrial, don’t let that deter you from booking here. The check in was easy. The staff so friendly and Being very good about us trying out our German (or lack of). The room was spacious and clean. Everything you needed. Ours had a lift bedroom and a surprise 2nd bathroom in the loft. Breakfast was great. Definitely would recommend you stay here if travelling through Marburg. "

"Ikke et resort som titlen ellers antyder !! slidt mørkt hotel med store mangler. Mørkt i alle lokaler da gennemsnitligt halvdelen af pærer i lamper var defekte. Ikke opvarmet skiopbevaring, så alt for fugtigt og dårligt lugtende til at kunne bruges. En voldsom stank af ubehageligt parfumeret rengøringsmiddel, på værelset efter rengøring. Så voldsomt at det sad i ikke brugt tøj efter hjemkomst, som måtte vaskes. De få goe pladser i morgenmadsrestauranten, hvor man kunne sidde ved vinduet, blev...

"aucch wenn die Coronapandemie Einschränkungen mit sich bringt, ist es nicht besonders kundenfreundlich, wenn die Rezeption nur sporadisch besetzt ist und nirgendwo eine Möglichkeit besteht das Personal zu erreichen. Zudem ist es fast schon frech, wenn man freien Parkplatz anbietet, aber weder eine Einweisung noch genügend Plätze vorhanden ist. Nur einen Schlüssel in die Hand gedrückt zu bekommen ist kein Service"

"Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt in diesem hübschen kleinen Hotel , wir können es wärmstens empfehlen. Erholung in ruhiger Lage , die Zimmer hübsch und sauber, das Frühstück reichhaltig und lecker ebenso die Speisen im Restaurant, genügend Parkplätze sind auch vorhanden und es ist der ideale Ausgangspunkt für einen Aktivurlaub rund um Winterberg. Gerne wieder"
