The staff were great and helpful. we had a meeting planned the next morning (which we had in comfort in the lobby) and they helped with tea and coffee. rooms clean and very very warm. "The room was way too small for 3 people (three beds room) Bathroom was in need of repair - shower enclosure faulty and black mould. Beds were from the communist era with pointy springs digging into your back so you stay vigilant."
