"I know this is a budget hotel, but some things are hard to ignore. When I arrived, there was no hot water in my bathroom. The guy on the desk seemed dubious and kept saying I had to “let it run”. "A lovely historic hotel in the heart of Lausanne. The hotel is in an attractive old building but the rooms are stylish, modern and very well equipped. Because of environmental regulations they do not have air conditioning but our room had a very effective fan which was more than sufficient. "Great hotel! Definitely a bit quirky but in a good way. Great location. Make sure to use the elevator if coming from train station. There are 2 that will take you to the lower street. We didn't have the breakfast so I can't comment on that. Marlen at front desk was wonderful !"

"J’ai beaucoup aimé ce petit hôtel avec histoire familiale. Passé juste une nuit. Bon prix et propre. Très bel accueil et bon petit déjeuner. La chambre manque d’insonorisation (évidemment l’agende la batisse) et le décor style vieille maison, draps et oreillers excellents. Je me suis senti comme chez ma grandmaman. Le bus passe juste en bas de la pente sur la rue principale et on m’a offert le billet de bus pour le trajet à la gare. Situé juste à côte du Chateau Chillon."
