"The apartment was clean and an excellent location. The check in code became active at 4pm. I tried to call and text for an early check in, and there was no response and the call auto disconnected. We had trouble with the door each time we tried to get it to open. No response from the management It would take 4 or 5 attempts to get the door to open"

"Not really suitable for leisure purposes. The hotel is located some way out of Leon in a village with no facilities. Out of season the hotel's restaurant is not open. This means a taxi ride to find a restaurant or putting up with snacks from the bar!"

"Despite having the address and a GPS/Sat Nav to find this property it is very badly signposted and it was more luck than anything that we stumbled upon it. The house/hostal is behind a high wall and it was very difficult to gain entry (no answer to rings or phone calls). It was quite full the night we were there but fortunately they did offer dinner (the village has nothing in it) although it was somewhat chaotic with us eating in the kitchen.
