We left our apartment tidy & closed all windows & washed up & put away our breakfast items. We left our bed linen in a pile for collection but did not empty our bin. "This hotel is just gorgeous! Tranquil and beautiful setting with great amenities. What this hotel makes it s special is the warmth, helpfulness of its amazing Staff and Managment, Nico and Sava. Great food of course. Amazing hiking. And make sure you go up and see the Vierge !!! A lovely walk of 1h up the hill to be rewarded with amazing views. We would highly recommend it and go back in a heartbeat. We love this gem!!"

"The hotel is clean and convenient for exploring the beautiful town of Joyeuse on foot. The restaurant is excellent and I highly recommend having dinner there! The continental breakfast, which was a small additional cost, was also delicious and plentiful. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were fairly basic, but very clean and it looks like the decor has been updated. Overall a very nice experience and I would not hesitate to stay there again."

Fun resort, but make sure to read checkout rules!
"A great family resort / lots of facilities & perfect for our 3 days. The staff were lovely & the apartment good. However we were not informed there were check out rules & We would need to view those rules on the hotel website. We left our apartment tidy & closed all windows & washed up & put away our breakfast items. We left our bed linen in a pile for collection but did not empty our bin. After we left we were charged Euro 50 for not abiding with the check out rules. Such a disappointment after such a lovely stay - if we had known about the rules of course we would have followed them. The hotel should have written instructions visible within the apartment. After contacting the hotel to explain we were told in no uncertain terms that we had broken the rules."
