We were asked if we want to see the restaurant menu but were not informed when it closes so by the time we went to the restaurant the kitchen had closed and no warm dishes were available. "The hotel was comfortable and convenient, with friendly, helpful staff. My only disappointment was that the hotel was actually closed when we arrived at mid afternoon. I understood that check in was not until 4:30, but I wasn’t prepared for the hotel to actually be locked!"

"Family of 4 short stay - we had a lovely 4 days at Le Panorama. The staff were amazing and so helpful. The lounge and dining area are very relaxing and welcoming. The rooms are ok. In need of a little modernizing but were warm and functional. The swimming pool was at the end of a strange spiral staircase but the water was warm and good after skiing. Good location with easy access to town."

The public areas were fresh and clean, the bedroom was roomy and an added bonus we weren't expecting was air conditioning (especially as we were there in the middle of a heat wave).
