"My "2 bedroom" was on the ground floor, with unreserved parking right outside the living room and main bedroom windows. The curtains don't cover these windows entirely, meaning people getting in and out of their cars get quite the view. Despite multiple climate control panels in the apartment, there is no air conditioning and no fans. "I stayed in early June ( out of season in the area) the hotel was in effect closed, no staff there ( just someone who came to check us in ) so no bar or food. No option for breakfast. I think we were to only two staying there. It was a one night stay (thankfully) and in the morning we had no Hot Water, just packed and left as no staff around. I understand owners and staff want holidays in the off season but then they should just have closed the hotel for a few weeks. Only positive point was safe...

"I originally planned a single night's stay but was taken ill just as I was about to leave. The hotel were so helpful as they called an ambulance and looked after my belongings whilst I was in hospital. They also arranged for a room to be available for a couple of days when I was discharged from hospital. Very helpful and nice big apartment rooms, with the river running by right out front."

"My family of five rented two rooms for five nights. The price was right and the location very convenient to drive to the ski area. Roc and Chris are amazing owners and went out of their way to make our stay perfect. The on site restaurant has amazing food! The breakfast was also excellent and prepared every morning for us perfectly. The craft beer bar is an awesome plus. The hotel had a cozy fireplace room where we enjoyed relaxing with a craft brew after a long day skiing. I cannot say...
