The room is spacious and the furnishing is tasteful and very comfortable. The windows also open, which is a plus. There's adequate working space in the room and the bathroom was very good too. "Lovely hotel with beautiful location on the lake. It's a bit outside on Montreux, but they kindly provided free bus travel which runs every 10 minutes from a bus stop right outside the hotel. Rooms and breakfast were all lovely. There is also a pleasant lounge area and outdoor terrace. A good tip is to take the bus from the hote about half way to town and alight at Clarens-Basset. From there there is a promenande all the way into town whuch is a lively 45 minute walk. "

"Wonderful walking opportunities' from the site or by quick car ride. Ideal for walkers and for winter ski resort A restaurant would have been nice at night or a bar as there is nothing local and if you have not been to the supermarket before arriving you could be left desperate"
