Nous sommes arrivés à 13h50 et le réceptionniste ne voulait pas nous donner une chambre avant 15 h.
Il a été trÚs désagréable et a vite hausser le ton.
Câest inadmissible pour un membre de personnel du groupe accor de rĂ©agir ainsi. Il nous a finalement fait attendre jusquâĂ 14h15 puis donner une chambre. Je ne remettrai plus les pieds ici. "
