"We had a lovely stay. The hotel was nice with lovely common areas and rooms were large. Good location if you’re planning on surfing and going to the beach. Going into the city is a long (30 min) walk or short drive. Staff was friendly and helpful. The included breakfast had a nice spread. Definitely recommend this place, especially if you come in a car so you can drive around Peniche because there’s some absolutely stunning views off the cliffs."

"Loved this hotel, but they need to update what listed facilities are actually available. Two of the reasons we chose this hotel were it states on Hotels.com that it has laundry facilities and a restaurant. It has neither. It wasn't a huge deal for us, just meant washing a few things out in the sink and going off site for dinner. Thankfully there are several excellent restaurants with a 5 to 10 minute drive. The continental breakfast was fine, our room had a sea view bdlcony and comfortable beds....
