"Asunto mukavan tilava, siisteys perushyvä, mutta sängyt ja sohvan kangaspinnat tulisi puhdistaa paremmin kuin myös keittiön nurkkaukset, jotta asunto olisi puhtaan oloinen saavuttaessa. Lisäksi makuuhuoneeseen olisi ollut parempi parisänky, nyt huoneistossa 4 erillissänkyä. "We had a fab time and stayed in a lovely log cabin - was clean and perfect for two adults and a nine year old. The resort was very quiet with two places to eat that were walkable. We really enjoyed the skiing, was approx 160 euros per day for two adults and a child for equipment hire and lift passes. The only downside was that the pool and gym were quite expensive to use - 45 euros for three people to swim and 6 euros to use the gym that were both part of the hotel. Also make sure you stock up...

"The location is so magical. We have never been to anywhere like this place. The customer service is truly the best! We sent an email about arriving late at night (reception closes at 11pm), they sent instructions about how to access our cabin, so check in was seamless. Reception also gave us a portable wifi connector when we mentioned we could not get wifi connection in our cabin. They went out of their way to pack our breakfast the night before we check out as we were leaving before breakfast...

"For the price at the time, just below 200 a night, it was not well matching the experience. As a family with toddler we got 4 beds and no frills room. No climate control, not working toilet door, no in-room entertainment, no baby crib, a bit run-down room, OK people service, a good breakfast and nice looking hotel by exterior. "
