"Incredible experience with a wonderful team. Manager Boniface assisted with every request with humor, grace and efficiency. Lawrence and the dining crew knew all our names, preferences and helped us with whatever we needed. The safari guides were stellar and knew all the wildlife and got us access to wherever we wanted to go. A wonderful experience!!"

"Chaque personne qui travaille à cet endroit mérite une mention d'excellence. Que ce soir Carol à l'accueil, le personnel au restaurant, Francis qui nous a fait faire le tour de la propriété et des jardins et les gars en cuisine, Georges, Patrick et il y en a un autre que son nom m'échappe. "Isiolo is a small town, 40,000 people. There are not a lot of accomodations. One good thing about the hotel is the fact that it has an elevator and limited parking. It is clean. The staff are very friendly, but probably Kenyans are gentle in general. The hot water did not always work. The restaurant offering are limited, even for a small town."
