I accidentally booked our room for the wrong date, but the front desk kindly fixed the error. My only real complaint is that you cannot use a debit or credit card at the front desk; those transactions must be paid online."

"The room was clean, had a heater, and provided free toiletries, slippers, and towels. The free breakfast was two pieces of hotdog, rice, and a boiled egg. TV has Netflix and YouTube. The place was peaceful; it was just in front of the TPLEX Urdaneta exit, so going back to Manila is easier. The thing I didn't like about the area was the yellow tricycle drivers. Every time we ride the tricycle, the fare is different, sometimes 50 to 80 PHP, even though the way is the same and you can clearly see...

The place is kinda hard to find as there is not enough signs, and you can't see the hotel from the street (had to go thru a narrow st leading up to the hotel). Staffs are all very nice and attentive. Buffet breakfast is 5 star!!!👍"
