"Check-in was at another property 50m away. Breakfast was also in this other hotel, as were any service requests and final check-out. Room wasn't the one I booked on line. Shower stall was so small, it was difficult to pick up anything that I dropped and I'm not a big person. On the plus side, the towels were really good! Hotel had a restaurant attached, but I didn't try it. There were customers there each lunchtime and evening. Very close to the old, walled city, which was very interesting to...

"Seamless check-in, room comfortable with a lush jacuzzi bath followed by a shower. Extremely comfortable bed - just dont use the pull-out sofa bed as thats awful. We were on 5th floor and it was nice and quiet. Breakfast was the stand Italian offering, so fine to fill you up for a few hours."

"Hotel was excellent and with free parking near entrance. it is about 2KM from the city center up one hill after another with no pedestrian lane so we chose to drive and parked in 6 level garage with a shopping center on levels 7-10. We visited the castello in the afternoon and did not wait around for restaurants to open at 8 PM. So we just picked up a sandwich at the shopping center and took it back to the hotel."

"The only positive thing about this hotel is the location. The ac was not working and the walls are like paper....you can hear everything from outside and other rooms so you will not sleep at all. Breakfast is very very poor with limited options and the coffee and cappuccino are terrible. "

"Everything was Good regarding the hotel and its staff, however serveral guests didnt care about the masks nor the social distancing. This was especially seen during breakfast, where people did neither. I hope the staff will be stricter against these kind of guests."

"Hotel situato in un’ottima posizione. Comodo per l’accesso alla spiaggia convenzionata. Comodo per fare due passi nel centro storico. Camera dignitosa con balcone vista mare. Bagno in ottime condizioni anche se un po’ piccolo. Potrebbe essere accessoriato di porta asciugamani a muro invece che su supporto poggiato a terra. Comodo il parcheggio interno. Colazione buona ma andrebbe migliorata l’organizzazione dei rifornimenti al buffet e del rinnovo dei tavoli. "
