Well managed and clean property. The GM of the resort has a wonderful personality as well as kind helpful too. Will definitely visit again and recommend this place to others. We actually came here because some of our friends suggested this hotel. "

"We had a great stay at the Summit Alpine. Our room was big and spacious and the breakfast was delicious. The staff was amazing, especially Ronimit and Pema! They helped us out tremendously. We can’t wait to return. "

"Repair work noises and uncomfortable beds. Lack of hygiene in the restaurant were downs. very prompt and helpful personnel were the pluses. "

"The hotel itself is attractive and well appointed Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Coffee/bakery is fantastic. The setting is in a congested section of the Darjeeling bazaar without on site parking making arrival and departure complicated. We enjoyed our stay. "

"Very clean, comfortable and well-located hotel. The staff are amazingly friendly and helpful. We had a problem with the taxi pick-up for the next leg of our break and the staff were incredibly supportive and kind and made sure that we were comfortable even though we had checked out. "

"They provided some corner room that was having no outside view as promised to me. No heating/heater service available neither they have any arrangements for same. Very disappointed in this hotel. Had to check out next day."

"Filthy rooms badly in need of updating (see photo of tub). Leaky faucets. Wifi was patchy at best. Staff was rude and unhelpful. Completely not worth the money and quite a ways away from Central Gangtok. Nothing within the resort to stay in and enjoy either. We will not be returning - and recommend you please stay away. There are plenty of other options in Gangtok for this high a price"

"The resort very is nicely maintained including garden and well kept rooms. A very very courtious staff. Though the food is average but , considering the town, its better than other places."
