The views are stunning and the weather and temperature very comfortable however higher elevation = greater UV and greater chances of sunburn. The Aves Arosa home base is ver clean and walkable from the train station and bus station. Note that the bus is actually a van and therefore limited in passenger and luggage capacity. "Great hotel. Weird or new self check-in. Weird Rooms. Terrible Wifi, not access to the business center. No A/C. Not front desk. No amenities. Everything else is amazing "

"We rented a beautiful apartment with separate bedroom. It was beautiful & right in the middle of town. The only issue is parking. The hotel has recently been sold & our check in was at a hotel across the street but we were not notified of this. No signs at the former reception as to checkin procedure. The parking must be reserved in advance. Overall the apartment was wonderful, the town is lovely, high end shopping & best of all end of the season lack of crowds."

"A self check in hotel, we never saw a member of staff over the 2 days we were there but the hotel runs amazingly. Rooms have everything you want, spacious and very clean. Brilliant shower and hairdryer. Breakfast is self service with plenty of continental choice. You can make a hot drink ay time of the day and either sit in the lounge area or take it back to your room in proper cups. Would definitely stay here again."

"Das Einzige was ich bemängeln kann ist, dass um 02:00 in der Nacht ca. 50 Meter vom Haus entfernt Gleisarbeiten begonnen haben die bis um 6 Uhr am Morgen dauerten. Leider konnte ich wegen dem sehr lauten Lärm nicht schlafen. "

"We stayed as a family of four. Our rooms were large and very comfortable. Lovely bathroom. Fabulous views looking out at the mountains. We could hear the cow bells from our little balcony. Wonderful breakfast included. Hotel is right next to the chairlift. Lovely staff."
