"Really nice place and nice view of the river and mountains. The room are a little noisy (you can ear next door room and above the room), no intimacy for shower and bathroom - open space). Late breakfast in the morning. Friendly staff"

"It’s hard to put into words how beautiful, peaceful and serene this property is. We stayed here for 2 nights and I wish we could have stayed longer. Staff were very friendly, food and wine delicious, and the property was truly stunning. We spent an amazing day by the pool overlooking the gorgeous vineyard. They offer a delicious breakfast and in the evenings an amazing dinner menu. I also saw a lot of reviews complaining about the narrow roads and I feel i need to clarify for anyone worried...

Tive pena que a piscina ainda não estivesse em funcionamento, pois o tempo esteve muito bom e merecia um mergulho. Fica para a próxima."

"This place understands what hospitality is. From the moment we arrived we were welcomed as if it was our home. Our bags were taken to our room and we had a welcome drink on the terrace overlooking the spectacular Douro Valley. We joined other guests for a family style meal and enjoyed getting to know people from many different countries. Amazing place to relax, appreciate the area, with a wonderful team to help with questions and make the visit super comfortable."
