"This is an amazing gem of a hotel. Karine showed us to our room & around the hotel, which is beautiful and which has a breakfast room with gourmet snacks available to guests. She suggested hikes for us and advised us that because it was a holiday the restaurants would be closed for dinner. She suggested some restaurants to us and made us a lunch reservation where we ate the most delicious meal. After our visit to Montserrat Karine built us a fire so we could relax in one of the beautiful and comfortable guest spaces. The hotel is gorgeous, comfortable, warm and welcoming. The room was comfortable, spacious & had everything you could need for a wonderful stay. So glad we chose this hotel."

"The staff was amazing, once I checked in the young lady welcomed me and gave me great recommendations of what to go see during my stay. She was exceptional, extremely courteous and very Friendly. The room was always spotless when I asked for it to be cleaned. Food was great, one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at and I know they’d be my first choice when I go back for an other trip. I highly recommend anyone traveling to stay here many towns they can explore all around and fairly close in proximity to everything if you’d want to sight see. "

"Jennifer at the front desk is very helpful. She took care of all our necessities and taxis every time we needed a ride. Also, the chef at the buffet were very caring and always made sure our food were good. "

"It was a nice place but I would highly recommend they equip the apartment with all the necessities. One wine glass, one coffee cup and no soap to name a a few. The reception staff were wonderful. "
