"Breakfast was good. Service was good. Rooms were clean- lack of suitable furniture in the common room (take over-abundance of furniture from the lobby and use it in older style rooms). Ocean view from room was good - even though there is no balcony off the room (which was larger than normal, I think)"

"I booked this hotel for a 5 night stay in Madeira but wanted somewhere with parking so had to go a bit outside the main city. Hotel has easy parking, the rooms were clean and well presented. Staff were super friendly and always happy to answer questions. I had a meal at the restaurant one night too which was good. The walk down to the city was easy enough. The walk back up was a little harder (given up hill all the way) but great for my exercise and fitness. Breakfast was standard Europe...
