"Some THIEF had a set of key of the flat where I was staying and got in and stole my Laptop, mobile phone and Rayban sunglasses while I was out having dinner. No safe is provided in the apartment and keys are delivered with the name of the building and the flat number written on it so that if any of them get lost by some guest anybody that picks them up knows where to head for . On top of that I've been told never to lock the main door of the building in case guests get locked out. Police came...

"The property cancelled our booking at 4pm on the day of arrival via email, whilst on the plane flying there, they offered no true explanation or detail. Thankfully I was in the UK, not on the flight, I called several times, they didn’t call back or offer any adequate explanation or solution. They stated the credit card payment had been unable to process when I eventually spoke to someone. There was no issue with our bank. They offered no way to make the payment using an alternative method....

"Our host, Erica was super nice and helpful. She contacted me before our check in time to let us know our apartment was ready and she let us check in way earlier than scheduled check on time. The apartment was very clean, neat and fully furnished, nicely decorated. Very good location with nearby stores and restaurants. The extra tea and coffee which was free of charge was quite nice. Unfortunately the bed was very uncomfortable. We woke up with back and body pains every morning."
