The staff are friendly and the location is super close to Europa Park which is what we needed. Food options are limited but if you drive to neighbouring towns there are decent restaurant choices. The major negative for me is not having daily maid service. I do understand the environmental benefit, but after 3 days we really needed fresh towels. You have to ask...

"Very well presented room and had quality products in the room like the toiletries in ecofriendly packs and even the Nespresso machine; Location is perfect, around 10-15 minutes walk to the Le Petit Venise. "Okay so this was the 2nd IBIS we’ve stayed at in Mulhouse during our travels and by far the one needing some care and upgrades. I’m not expecting excellence with this hotel chain and to be fair the bed was comfortable and the water hot so basic needs met. It wasn’t the cleanest and the toilet seat was chipped. "We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel and didn’t expect it to be so good due to the low price, however it was excellent, located with 5 mins walk to the main centre, the staff were very helpful and friendly. Parking was free and they have free squash and coffee. The breakfast was superb with a great choice. "
