"We booked the apartment for its proximity to Ischgl, since prices were a bit lower in Mathon (there's an excellent bus service connecting skiers to Ischgl from Mathon). The apartment was clean and comfortable, but lacking in basic amenities like hand soap! When we asked about hand soap, we were told that this was not something the owners needed to supply, and that no rental apartments offered this. "Its a 3star hotel that does not pretend to be anything else. Room was basic. A bit short staffed so the reception person was doing multiple jobs. Decor is dated but gives it character. There was no shower gel in the shower but the staff went out of their way to help and got me some. Really great service from staff, they all try and ensure that the guests are looked after. Great location. I would definitely return. "
