"The place was very nice and the people were very helpful. The food was very good & plentiful.It was very difficult to locate. Their signage is bad, so be sure to get a good map because they are hidden away."

"repeated warm water issues, people on the ground try to be helpful, management just waits until you are gone. Same experience for 2 other groups we talked to, everybody just wants to enjoy their time and rather not keep on trying to get their tents fixed. Very few people are here longer than 3 days."

"Great stay - clean tent, good food, fantastic staff, in the park so zebras on the doorstep! The only issues were that a) the bathrooms have no doors - which isnt good when you are 3 friends staying in 1 room - and there is a doorframe so goodness knows why there are no doors! And b) there was a grass fire which came very near the hotel and there was zero comminication about whether we were safe or not - simply saying "it will be fine" doesnt really do anything to reassure guests who arent used...
