"The property is close to the airport, away from the hustle and bustle of Skardu town. Ideally located as a base for excursions in the area. "Property is not bad but management and service staff does not understand what is customer service? I planned 10 days trip but get sick due to non working of DC converter in the room, so cancel my trip half way and returned home. The airport is at one end and hotel on the other. There is no complimentary shuttle service. The mattresses were with out covers. The restaurant staff was provided in evaluation how to and what cutlery should be placed on table but without making any change, I was asked again for evaluation which I denied."
