The front desk representative was friendly and efficient. The hotel lobby and entrance exuded a refreshing and clean ambiance, featuring an open space with multiple seating areas, a TV, and a shop selling bottled drinks and cupcakes. They also provided curlers, toothpaste, and other necessities that guests could borrow, purchase, or even get for free. The room was spotless and spacious, and I particularly appreciated the swivel mount on the TV. However, I did have a minor complaint about the shower, which was not as clean as I had hoped, as there was hair in it. "

"The property had a lot of roaches. It was not really the cleanest place. The pictures are of the linens that were on one of the beds. There is a 4 inch drop from the Living Room into the two bedrooms and bathroom. There is no sign and unmarked. My mom fell and broke her ankle. "
