"This was was a nicely placed hotel near the market and near the bus stops. It was clean and quiet. The washer dryer was amazing. The staff were helpful helping us find good places to eat close by. This was one of the best simple hotels we have ever stayed in . "

"Onsens are different from hotels. I would have liked to have been scheduled for the KAISEKI evening meal, as this is a large part of the ONSEN culture. Booking websites have no accomodation for this when customers book, and we go uninformed. This is regretful from my point of view. The Kaiseki meal is something I looked forward to. What can Expedia do about this?"

"On bus line and close to convenience stores, etc. And some interesting shops featuring made in Japan products. Hotel is typical business hotel. Staff is very careful with holding luggage for you before check in or after check out. They took care to keep it secure. We appreciated their thoroughness."
