"It was nice and clean but the people above us were loud at odd hours. Had to call n complain. They were quiet for a little but but then they were back at walking/running very loudly. I couldn’t tell if it was little kids running around but from 7:30-11:30 at night was a little extreme and from 6-till check out was non stop walking/running. I was on the 4th floor. People with little ones need to be on the ground floor to not keep others awake. "

"Hotel Max’s decor is stylish and caters to music aficionados. The elevators are smallish so keep that in mind if you have bulky items for some reason. We had basic room. Bed was comfortable and room decor was cool (record player and assortment of records on the wall was a nice touch). Shower was very small, but I managed and I’m a big and tall guy."

"Staff was lovely and very helpful in every and any aspect of our trip. I really have no complaints except for maybe the elevator is a bit dated, small, and slow. I also would recommend hitting the QFC for snacks and such before staying because the tiny convenience bar they have of snacks and drinks is very pricy. Like $5 for a bottle of water pricey (they do have 2 free bottles in your room though which is great!). Otherwise, the beds were comfortable, rooms and communal areas were always clean...

"We loved the space the room offered. With 3 kids, it was perfect rather than being crammed in a small room. Having a kitchen was a perk too!"

"The location of the hotel is excellent, very close to the ferry and also across the street from coffee shop and restaurant and grocery store. The room was very spacious and had a nice little kitchenette with refrigerator and microwave. Beds were comfortable. Nice touch with robes and slippers provided. I was pleased and would recommend this place and would stay here again!"

"Loved this hotel. Exceeded my expectations. The suite was very clean, comfy beds, i liked that they had a bar downstairs. Breakfast included. Easy street parking, everything was great. Only reason I didn’t give it a 5 start is because my check out process wasn’t the best. There were 2 employees front desk. They were taking too long, and line was getting big.
