"It was our first time at the KIng Charles Hotel, the staff were very friendly, the room we had was nice and clean. The only thing was we could hear the traffic outside, all night. So we didnt get alot of sleep,as we were woken up alot. Apart from that the hotel itself was excellent. We would come back again, as long as we could have a different room, away from the main road. "Three night stay to attend a music festival. The reception area is large, airy and with plenty of seating and has a great little Starbucks counter. The checking in process was flawless and staff were professional and friendly. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable albeit a little tired in areas. There was no AC but two fans had been provided which did the trick. The buffet breakfast was excellent, especially the cooked sausage! And totally set us up for the day. It is possible to walk into town but it is also on a bus route which stops across the road from the hotel. For what we wanted this hotel gave us it and more."
