"We arrived and they were not expecting us even through we had a confirmed booking. After two phone calls the receptionist still couldn't confirm our booking. We waited around and still didn't get anywhere. We then asked to see the room which was unprepared, unaired, smelly, damp, mouldy and sited right next the public toilets next door. The next available town was Maun, another 4 hour drive away so couldn't wait for the receptionist to sort our booking so we left. We feel angry that we had...

"We arrived on 30 November and the entire lodge was burned to the ground! No one around to explain. It didn't appear to be freshly burned. Why are they still taking reservations and payments? I want our money back! We had paid in full. #7460382275534.
